These terms govern purchases from Nairobi Scently.
Orders. Prices are in Kenya Shillings and may change without notice. Every order is confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch, and we confirm availability at that point.
Payment. You can pay now by M-Pesa, Airtel Money, Visa or Mastercard through Pesapal, or choose pay on delivery and settle the full amount in cash or M-Pesa when the parcel arrives. Card details are handled entirely by Pesapal and never touch this website.
Delivery. Timelines are estimates made in good faith. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your diffuser on arrival while the rider waits.
Product use. Diffusers are household electrical items. Use them with clean water and pure essential oils only, and keep cords away from children and pets.
