We want you to love what arrives. Here is how returns work.
Damaged or wrong items. If your diffuser arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it free, including the transport.
Change of mind. Unused diffusers in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Delivery fees are not refundable.
Essential oils. For hygiene reasons, opened essential oil bottles cannot be returned. Unopened bottles can come back within 7 days.
