Major towns. KSh 300, within 24 to 48 hours. Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Kakamega, Kisii, Kericho, Bungoma, Kitale, Nanyuki, Embu and Kapsabet.
